1.1.0 Portal XP makes no sense. Adjusting Restrictions shouldn't affect XP or AI

For those who wonder why there's no AI in Portal, it's because enabling AI in Portal forces the server to restrict as much XP as possible, this is nonsensical if Modifiers, Restrictions or the Rules ...

@Straatford87 There's been a large group of players in these forums that have been begging to get full xp with AI in either Solo/Co-op AoW or portal with no modifiers except AI game fill since it was taken away one day after the game came out.

@DominickB3 Probably because the grind sucks and the better weapons are at higher levels.
