A little disappointed in initial Portal maps

Perfectly happy... just want a crack at that block coding -- that's where the magic is going to happen!

I'm happy at the moment. Valparaiso, Noshahr Canals, and Arica Harbor were some of my most played maps back in the day. Isla Inocentes is one of my favorite Rush maps within the whole franchise. 

What specific maps from the franchise would you like to see added?

Agreed, with only having 6 map slots to choose for, then no matter what, some historic epic maps would always not make it to this list of the first initial maps that we get *).  Maybe it is because that BF4 is still running with live servers to this day that we didnt get any specific from that game, though also many shared in that from the BF3 game.

Surprised though somehow that we didn't get any of the real meat grinding infantry-only CQC clusterf*ck maps?  You can say what you want about them, but maps like Locker and Metro are still to this day running with full servers 24/7 on BF4.  Both in vanilla mode, custom- and h*rdcore modes.  Btw, still think also that the Metro Rush is among the absolute best rush maps ever made... 

*) I put a footnote in here, as we of course have to take it for absolute granted that our good friends in Playa Vista are hard at work to add many more good-ol maps to our Portal sandbox!   :o)
