BANNED!!!!

Question

My account got band for absolutely no reason so i sent an appeal request in and it said " we've confirmed your account was involved in cheating." My **bleep** wouldnt even know how to cheat in the first place, second, i had already been playing for 2 weeks and nothing changed on my pc,

A friend of mine said it was because i swapped from console to pc recently and that they'd probably reverse it, guess not. Is there anything else i can do? i spent alot of time grinding the beta to unlock stuff for the upcoming bf6 and i'd hate to lose it over some bs.

Since the ban i've made another account with the sole purpose of seeing if it also got banned and its still up and running. Make it make since.

Hi Hooks119​&nbsp;The EA Terms of Service team has confirmed that your account violated their anti-cheating rules ( as you told, after filing the appeal) which makes them view the ban as permanent. The support team rarely changes their mind about permanent bans even when users claim they made no intentional mistakes.You should maintain a peaceful dialogue with support to verify any possible errors but you should not expect them to remove the ban...As for ban related to “account/platform swapped,” I have never witnessed such a case nor received any complaints about it.I have made a small sketch for you so that you can get a general idea of how it works without going into detail :Good luck🤔

On one hand it is important when actions are taken when there is foul play. But I will always dislike how there is no transparency to make sure no fair players get the wrong end of the stick. I have doubts about if there is quality control in terms of&nbsp; making sure the human side of the anti cheating force is giving appeals more time than a lady does while swiping left on Tinder
