Hi AHQ/ Community Managers/ Local Heros, pls get in touch with Dice Marketing Dept. and tell Barbra to release the global info mail with the official Early Beta/Normal Beta Access Dates...I have seen 300 hrs footage of early technical test vids on Youtube and I believe its time to release the tension and get the verdict from the Community now...We have been waiting for too long now!Thank you!

@DeeCay_DK_81 Speaking for the Champions & Heroes I think we're all as eager as you to get some date info. We'll find out at the same time as everyone else though.

EA definitely botched this one up...
The open beta is not going live until end of this month. And as result, matter of fact being too little and too late then for EA to use the beta for comprehensive feedback and adjustments across all game aspects in time for the full game release on October 22nd.
Obviously some things are not going per their original plan.
The silence from EA is deafening!

If just we could get some info...

I expect we get a super-fresh beta and weapon-balance etc. is tweaked to the max... So maybe we just get a test-version of BF2042 instead of a BETA...
Also... I will be away on Sept. 11th/12th and Sept 19th/20th... So please keep the BEta off these dates :-)

@CyberDymeI think a lot of us pre-ordered and would be playing it on the 15th, BUT if the beta is awful I'm going to be canceling, from how bad I got burned on BFV with the hard-core normal abomination I hated that made the stop playing it for about a year. If the beta isn't fun I'm out until they fix everything and the 'beta' might as well be a demo that close to launch I agree they screwed up.

Also good point the beta is too close to launch so any feedback or problems found from the beta or anything broken is going to be in the full game.
