You can find a lot of random EE clues by simply browsing the officially released Battlefield 2042 art/images (a huge compilation can be found here: https://magazine.artstation.com/2021/11/battlefield-2042-art-blast/). Most of the published images seem to have made its way into the game (i.e. most aren't merely concept art). There may be more Easter eggs and clues that may have been missed among all the published images/artwork, but here are some of the ones that were discovered:
+ Angel petting Ranger dog*
+ DICE Made From Home mug*
+ DICE Network run on Exodus ship
+ Penguins of Madagascar
+ Wetter brand M44 revolver, and the namesake artist's animation video (included in original post)*
+ Dozer's outfit references the protagonist Alpha from the Army of Two game**
