Battlefield 2042 PC Elite Edition Purchase Mistake and Refund Issue Assistance

On July 24th, I inadvertently purchased the Battlefield 2042 PC Elite Edition through the official website, intending to upgrade my Steam version to the Elite Edition. However, after making the payment, I realized that these two versions do not sync, and the upgrade cost is quite high. Consequently, I promptly applied for a refund.

Unfortunately, despite my refund application showing as "completed," the balance in my bank account has not been credited. Even more distressing is that I am unable to contact customer support. I am beginning to worry that my refund request may have resulted in my being blacklisted.

I urgently need assistance to resolve this issue. My refund order number is [#1009623563307], and I am hoping for a support service representative to contact me as soon as possible so that we can address this matter.

    When did you request the refund? I ask because it can take up to 10 days to receive the refund. It's mentioned in the guide for the Great Game Guarantee if you want to double check (it's in the text beneath point #3):

    If it's been more than 10 days then it'd be worth getting in touch with EA Help again so that they can take a look. You should find the options to open a case or start a live chat at help.ea.com, but may need to select different matching support issues or use the help site while not signed in to get the contact options.
