And that's the issue with your proposal to give 100 boins for each rank. It would make it very easy for people to farm boins and as such dry up the income from BP, and Item bundles.
They don't care about getting more people playing regularly, they already have our money. Their only objective is to get new people in and make the ones who are in already spend money on cosmetics.

@ABC-Warrior-realI've got no insight in how much money they make on boins and skins. Just like you my only investment in this game has been the initial purchase. I grinded up to 1000 free boins to get a premium battlepass, which I can renew every season by completing the BP.

Cosmetics is the name of the game (pass the pun) in the gaming industry. There was recently a documentary (‘Gamer/ gambler’ it was called) on Sweden’s gaming scene and its huge problem with players’ obsession with skins. Some racking up huge debts (millions of Swedish Kronor, unbelievably) on a roulette-style of obtaining “unique” skins. Companies only too happy to oblige (and frankly, nobody forces players to spend their money on it, anymore than McDonalds forces anyone to chow down their hamburgers…). Similar situation to when the ‘FIFA’ franchise started their ‘Ultimate packs’ or whatever they’re called and it raised a ruckus with regulatory agencies. Respect to EA/DICE for at least not going down this gambling route with the ‘Battlefield’ franchise.
