2 years ago, I encounter blatant cheaters like 1 in 3 games (all headshot even behind bushes etc), now its only like 2-3 times a weak (Asia server). As for soft cheats Wallhacks/Assisted aim, I suspect a lot of them are still very active. I have seen games where top 5-10 are like level 500-999 players, but top 1-5 are only around for like 100-200 hours, where they always know where you are, which is a lot harder to prove. Also there are high level players who i think occasionally turn off/on their hacks.
