This type of stuff has gone on in every game. A simple fix is to make everyone/thing in a designated spawn area immune to damage and prevent them from causing damage. This prevents base r4pes and spawn camping. Problem solved.
C flag on Breakaway 64 is awful. The attacker boundary is practically touching the objective. Attackers are closer to the objective than defenders. It's just free tickets for them.
