Breakthrough is heavily unbalanced to the attackers benefit

@SpudBug on kaleidoscope maybe. On hourglass I never seen attackers lost more than 50 during first sector. Discarded also doable. Renewal - 50/50. Manifest - almost no change for defenders.

What I did notice that defenders need Rao. Denying helis with hacks is just crucial during defence.
