Breakthrough mode and capture points on top of buildings

Breakthrough cap areas in general are way too small for 128 players but the ones on top of buildings are certainly the worst. Definitely need to prevent spawning vehicles on rooftops and extend the cap zones to let aircraft capture from the air. Defenders should lose their aircraft spawns on these sectors.
