Cheater? or skills beyond human

I've played a few hundred hours now and although i'm sure there would have been people manipulating the game in that time, however never before have I witnessed it so blatant, it seems recently there's been an influx of suspicious play.

screenshot attached, I played a round against this guy and he single handed took out most of the team, 0 deaths and every kill a headshot even with the p90, statistics would suggest he can also repeatedly headshot kill from the hip too.

Report submitted during the match.
A simple statistic check on exceptional player accounts would be able to pick this kind of cheating up very quickly without the need for players to report the player through the game, once you've finished playing it's often difficult to locate the player to file a report.
without players reporting an account of a player cheating, would it be red flagged or banned automatically?
I like many others have been banned when i have done absolutely nothing wrong, it was a struggle to get access to my game again and took over a month, To then witness such blatant cheating makes me very annoyed, especially with having to jump through hoops, enable things like secure boot to be able to play.
