Sounds like you have no servers available then, that serve the Xbox X world...
So its not like crossplay is forced ON.
Root cause problem is that you have no servers available to avoid it.
- 4 years ago@CyberDyme Yeah... my thoughts as well... but shouldn't there be some available? Even if they are just bot-filled?

Sounds like a problem to me...That is actually the catch-22 problem that EA have not provided any answer to so far. Because the servers disappear when there are no active human players remaining on the server.
And agreed @carsono311 , it is obviously a technical problem that needs fixing from EA's side, as servers should be available for everybody to play on, including players choosing to disable crossplay. 👍

@Sci0nEasy on there.
I am sure you are frustrated, however @CyberDyme is trying to help by first understanding what your issue is.
Have you reported the issue as a bug? We are talking it out still.- 4 years ago
It is simple, you have to play with crossplay on, you can not just flip it off in the games settings which is anticonsumer.
So if i turn it off as it says in setting on the console you will not find a game as no one will turn it off this way = anticonsumer.
I ll make it easy for you, on Playstion 5 this is easy to turn on an off. so its simple the games playuer base on xbox is forced to play agasint hackers.

@xXDedman00XxThanks, but it seems you haven't read all the posts... it's not about the guidance on how to disable it, it's about the impact for us Xbox players, the experience, relationship to the published statement about a healthy and fair environment, the lazy implementation for Xbox vs Playstation, etc.

Please also note this constraint, if you want to toggle your CrossPlay setting:
So you cannot change the setting either way if you are in a game party setting or if you have started the search for server to join a game or if you have already joined a server to play on.
So make sure to change this setting to what you want it to be, before you connect with any of your gamer friends or browse for servers to join.
It will otherwise show up as 'disabled' as shown on your own screenshot there.
- 4 years ago@CyberDyme Well i got problem because I’m not in party or matchmaking and still switch button for crossplay is disabled (Xbox series x - gold version)
