Do the consoles version have aim assist?

I am on PC and these guys snap around and kill me without ever missing.

Damage dropoff is a major point of concern for many players but the majority of console players have stated any form of assist feels nonexistant. We all complain about PC users taking advantage of M&K too so I don't think there will ever be a point in which everyone is happy

@Ahhnuld Yes they do, they don't realize they do because they're used to fighting against other console players, but a thumbstick vs mouse and keyboard, there would be absolutely no way to get any quick accurate shots to compete without it. Many videos showing the aim assist as well.
