Does 2042 let you reset your progress yet? Or do we have to buy the game again?

TBH I never really understood the desire to reset unlocks/progression. Just to get that tiny dopamine hit again when a new scope unlocks or something? If I spent the hours/days unlocking something + their skins that have requirements I sure don't want to waste my time re-doing it.

Yeah, you need a new game and new account to reset your progress.

@RyuAzuku I know a way of doing something similar on Xbox by linking a secondary account to the home one on the console itself (it's how I test some unlock stuff which I already have on my main), but I suspect this is PC related.

If you are on PS5 you could make a new account and see if that would maybe reset your progress.
