Dog Tags, YES please! But how about counter knifing?

I disagree and I don't want this feature back at all.
I am one of these player who often outmanouver, flank a group of soldiers and sneak up on them just to kill them seperate one by one and I shouldn't be punished for doing so because I alreay doing a "high" risk manouver to attack them. So everything from the back or right and left handside I disagree fully but

from the front side, I think you should be able to counter.
