Sadly at the moment it would appear you haven't been left with any other choice.
We should all continue to raise this issue daily on this thread and keep it visible.
There are other threads currently active asking for a proper server browser / persistent servers so post on those too and together we will try to keep the problem at the forefront of the issues we want DICE to resolve asap.
