False positive ban

So today I seem to have gotten a false positive ban. 

I had my first good match on Hazard Zone, wiped a party out solo, Then next match I was disconnected. 

The notice in game says it will send me an email, though I never got one. So I don't even know why I got banned


It feels really bad to fight through all the bugs so far, then this happened. I put in an appeal, though I don't have a high hope of a real person even looking at it. 

Have anyone else ever had a false positive ban?

Also Its hard to believe, I wouldn't believe most anyone else if I was reading this.

    @Gryphonv I'm not much different. There was a lot of... bickering among the people I was playing with when we realized just how far behind the game actually was. If you're a fool, so am I. It's just the way things are now a days.

    Hey there, 

    Others have already pointed out the proper way to go about appealing a ban. It isn't something we would be able to help with here on Answers HQ. If you've already contacted the Terms of Service team, that's all you need to do for now. They'll review your account and see if the ban can be lifted. 

    Since this isn't something we can help with here, and you've already set up multiple threads on this, I am going to lock this thread.
