@Man_iLoveFishingAh, for a moment, I thought you were referring to the Video I mentioned.
My guess is you dodged and felt the encounter was over. I have been dodged and because the target didnt fly away, I was able to turn the rocket around and still hit the target.
This can only be done if the rocket was fired close by and you remain in the engagement area. The range is limited but once there is a miss, doesnt mean its over.
My guess is, you expected the encounter to be over but it wasnt. You were probably hovering over your target and Lis was able to turn it around and still get you.- @Man_iLoveFishing Just like everything else in this game, where you get shot around corners or behind cover. On your screen it’s a miss, on the shooters screen it’s a hit so the game compensates (poorly). It’s what the other posts about desync address I think.
The other possibility is another rocket.

I did bad dodge but for millisec I felt "yess dodged" - @Man_iLoveFishing That meant he still had about 200 to turn it around. If you remained there hovering, youre a sitting duck. Or, another missile hit you as you dodged that one. I cannot see if you have a kill feed on. Did it say G84?
