Gameplay recording paused because you entered blocked scene
It does this on the PS4 and I'm wondering why it does it and if I can get rid of it.

It does this on PS5 as well and I think on Xbox too.
You unfortunately can't get rid of it. It's coded into the game/console.
Why is does that, that is indeed a good question. Probably because it has to load some things and therefore pauses the recoding to save hardware bandwidth.
