Here's an idea...JUST GIVE REFUNDS!

Dear EA and DICE,

There are so many people who are disappointed with this game, maybe it's time to salvage any respect the public might have left for your companies (personally, I have none) and admit this was not the right path to take with the franchise. Let those who feel the need for a refund get their money back...or at least a credit to their account. Hell, I would gladly take the refund in Origin credit, even though I did get 2042 from the Playstation store, and let my kids have more Sims add-ons. At least then you would still have my money and my family would be a bit happier.

Do the right thing and don't drag this out any longer. I have tried and tried to enjoy this game but it is an abysmal mess. As it stands, I will never buy another EA product, and I'm sure there are plenty more consumers that feel the same.

We absolutely do give refunds, there are restrictions, but we do allow players to refund.

Having problems with playing more than one of the game modes. This game is riddled with issues and everyone should be offered a chance for a refund.

SONY REFUSED MY REFUND!

I reached out to EA Support...REFUSED MY REFUND!

So how is this going to get resolved?
I am extremely dissatisfied with the product and customer service from EA. You are losing a customer!

@EA_Barry That is what should have been done prior to release. The amount of problems is beyond my reporting capabilities.

@EA_Barry the bug reports just pile up there with little to no feedback or even a simple acknowledgement from EA or DICE

Yeah I personally gave up trying to refund. Preordered from Best buy the digital gold edition. Best buy does not refund for digital purchases and I couldn't find the place on EA for refund. Microsoft/Xbox sites didn't work. Amazing the runaround required to receive a refund on a faulty product. this game is the definition of a manufacturer defect!
I've got less than 1 hour played during the early access for $100. Next time I will just make sure I'm a more educated consumer
