@DuaneDibbley unless I am using rubber bullets, I just don't understand what is going on. I get hit markers, but it takes me at least 10 rounds to kill someone. Other times I unload a full clip directly into someone and no hit markers and I am instakilled and they have zero dmg.
@Adamonic exactly the same here, not funny anymore.

It has to be a setting or lack thereof causing this. I wonder if it is impacting PC, PS, and XBox the same way or just one more than the others. I am on PC.
