Can someone explain how to collect dogtags in gameplay? I come up behind the target and use the melee key, sometimes it gets the dogtags, other times its just a Melee kill. Is there a keystroke needed to get the dogtags?
On console, at least, we need to hold the melee button to get the animation and subsequent tag-steal.
May be the same for PC, not sure.
ive also gotten tags just knifing the guy with a swing and not the execute
