You can under certain circumstances. This game is borderline unplayable for Xbox One. I pre-ordered, was shocked by the beta, and hoped they would offer something comparable to what is the "full" version of the game (meaning on PC and current gen consoles). I know as far as capabilities on previous gen consoles goes for releases like this go, the previous generation is going to get the worse end of the deal. But after playing the finished product, I am completely done. At this point I feel like I purchased Cyberpunk 2077 on my Xbox. I have been a battlefield fan for over a decade at this point, so I had hope. Now I cannot get a refund because of Xbox's return policies. IF I KNEW WHAT I WAS GETTING INTO I WOULD HAVE CANCELLED MY PRE-ORDER!!

And request denied.
Yeah, pretty much my experience depicted in real life. 3 minutes of hope followed by a pre-determined destination, no refund because I played the unfinished game when I paid for a full game. This is a joke.

You can appeal the decision and explain your reasons. Basically if you have played for more than 2hrs an automated response says no refund. BUT, a human can sort it out for you.
Don't you dare disrespect cyberpunk like that
