Let's be honest squads provide nothing more than additional spawn points.
We can run 4 Lis in a squad now; but we don't see that happening. Your proposal is a solution to a problem that doesn't exist.
Also if four players are willing to coordinate (whether in a squad or not) I don't have a problem if they are able to dominate versus vehicles.
