Absolutely agreed @Spez_ixx ,
Where I was previously in software companies, the heads of involved VPs, Directors and Managers would be rolling right away if anywhere near as embarrassing poor quality and lack of control as in what we see here from EA.
Its not just a small little area it is wrong with. Its throughout and across the entire product.
From cheapish looking and poor design decisions, obvious lack of customer input, clumsy and illogic menu navigations, not intuitive, missing basic functionality, severe bugs across all elements in the actual gameplay also, across maps, soldiers, weapons, gadgets, vehicles... and on and on and on...
And total stonewalling their player/customer base.
It is honestly staggering.
And even then, having the nerve to launch it and demanding relatively big money for it at this broken stage.
