Lis's missile is too weak
Lis's missile is too weak. I try to counter the good pilots that are wreaking havoc with the choppers, but the missile from Lis does only 20 damage!!! So it means i have to hit the same heli 5 time...

The standard damage should be higher against non-armor vehicles and aircraft. Probably +5 from where it is at now.
Also, if it self detonates within a certain proximity to the target, there should be some residual splash damage.
Vehicles can withstand numerous rocket hits, but a couple of C5s and it's gone. Ridiculous.
Lis's rocket should definitely do more damage as a reward for actually hitting the target!
