My EA account has been banned for no reason.
So my new account isn't even two months old, I've purchased a few games for it, have barely used it and 2 weeks ago it was banned no reason. No reason given whatsoever. In fact, it is blank under the "reason" heading. After emailing about it and asking why this has happened, I got an Automated response saying that the ban was justified and will be upheld. Once again, no explanation or reason given whatsoever. This is completely and utterly unacceptable and egregious, EA. when a customer pays their hard-earned money for their games and then gets their account banned when they have done nothing wrong, you need to own up to the mistake and correct it, not give no reason whatsoever and just have a "nah, we did the right thing, you're still banned even though we have given you no reason for this at all" attitude.
- Hi @AIly_Bear Unfortunately the only people who handle bans are the Terms of Service team. There isn't much we can do to help here other than suggest you appeal to them again (N.B. you have three appeals before they won't accept any more).
