My EA account has been banned for no reason.

So my new account isn't even two months old, I've purchased a few games for it, have barely used it and 2 weeks ago it was banned no reason. No reason given whatsoever. In fact, it is blank under the "reason" heading. After emailing about it and asking why this has happened, I got an Automated response saying that the ban was justified and will be upheld. Once again, no explanation or reason given whatsoever. This is completely and utterly unacceptable and egregious, EA. when a customer pays their hard-earned money for their games and then gets their account banned when they have done nothing wrong, you need to own up to the mistake and correct it, not give no reason whatsoever and just have a "nah, we did the right thing, you're still banned even though we have given you no reason for this at all" attitude.    

  • Hi @AIly_Bear Unfortunately the only people who handle bans are the Terms of Service team. There isn't much we can do to help here other than suggest you appeal to them again (N.B. you have three appeals before they won't accept any more).

    I'm guessing maybe the automatic message was sent after they reviewed your appeal.

    I do belive in transparency, so they should tell you why you were banned or which part of the rules you breached.
  • @艾略特LH Only three opportunities to send emails? Why can't I see this rule in the appeal statement? My three appeals were rejected, and the official did not reply to my specific reasons. No wonder I later showed various evidences to prove that my innocence was rejected by the same email. There was no manual review at all. Is this how such a large community treats players? That's really disappointing

    Hi @Vconiy All appeals are manually reviewed by individual members of the ToS team. It's s not automated, although they will only use templated replies when sending the outcome.

    Unfortunately if they're not longer willing to accept your appeals then the ban won't be revoked.

    @Vconiy Yes I am unfortunately. They state that in the communication you received: "We have performed all investigations possible on this issue and will not reverse the decision. Please do not expect further responses on this matter. Please don’t reply to this email, as we don’t monitor this inbox."

    Sorry, but this means that the ban won't be revoked and no more appeals will be accepted.
