I'm loving this.... Love the "broken" feel of it for a broken world. Still wondering if the atmosphere is matched in the play test leaked videos. but, great to include the BF3 and BF1942....

Sounds like the speakers are torn and/or they copied the old tunes for this remix from a severely scratched record.
A bit sad to r@pe old classics like that honestly.

Exactly the point Cyber! What else would you expect an anthem for a faction at the rough end of a dystopian conflict suffering technological, economical and environmental disasters, to sound like? Their world is full of torn speakers and archaic technology.
Its a theme soundtrack and expected to represent the theme of the game (in the same way themes tracks reflect the theme of a film). Its got a job to do, in setting the mood and I for one think it does that well. There is always going to the an air of pathos in any music the downtrodden and manipulated group manage to cobble together.
You need to get into mood of the thing!
