Older CPUs performance on 128 players modes fps drops

Many players have hi-end GPU compared with CPUs like 2700x or 3600x and 8700k etc. I am one of them. So will they fix performance for 128 players modes? Because those older and weaker CPUs run ...

@V-SynthNinja The target framerate for 2042 is obviously 60fps at low settings for low end CPU's, but the real problem is the poor scaling with high end rigs.
