Open beta crossplay?

I play PC and two of my buddies play on console. Has EA announced anything about the beta being cross play? or has anyone have concrete information if it is available?

@Chalupa There has been no official announcement, but there very likely will be crossplay in the Beta, as @HankBizzle mentioned.

Ah, ok that seems more legit. I was in the alpha but didn't even notice if there were console players or even cross play added. Thanks

    @Chalupa Yeah, crossplay was a focus of the playtest and I would expect EA DICE to continue testing it. Hope to see you in the Beta!

      I'm assuming it will be since it's a feature, but stranger things have happened.
