PAIK should be switched to support class

@ElliotLH Very true but the issue Paik has is the lack of synergy between her short range scanner and her long range sniper rifle proficiency. I personally think she belongs in the assault class.
@I_DYN4MO_I But then her issue with her sniper proficiency is not much different from the LMG proficiency for the engineer specialists.
