Play 7 Days earlier PS4 Standard Edition but EA-Play-Pro ?

While there is indeed also an EA Play variant available for the consoles, this is not EA Play Pro. EA Play for consoles give you other perks than EA Play Pro for PC gives you.
EA Play Pro is only available for the PC Origin platform and can only be used on that platform specifically. It does not carry over to other platforms.

I think your problem here will be that you ordered the Disc (CD) Version.

Even if EA play would give you early access to the game (no matter the edition), it won't help you if you don't have the actual game available to play.

So therefore you can probably not play it earlier, as you would have to get the Game disc to install it first. 

It's up to the store where you bought it then, when you'll get the game.

If you get it way earlier than the actual release on the 19th, then you can still decide to get EA play subscription for earlier access. 

EA play only grants you the early access as it's connected to your account. 

But you won't just get a whole free digital version of the game.

@Its_Travis_199, I think you're correct, however as you mentioned this is really up to the store where you bought the physical disc version from.

@Most-Wanted30 To answer your exact question simply. NO

EA PLAY PRO is only available on PC through Origin. So if you want to play on November 12 on PS4 or PS5 then you have to buy either the Gold or Ultimate Edition of the game.

The "pro" subscription has some more advantages.

But the general EA play subscription is also available on Consoles, which also gives you early access to the game.

The problem he'll probably have tho, is what i mentioned above that he bought the game as Disc version at a store, which means he can only play the game at the point the shop gives it to him. No matter if the subscription would give him early access, if he doesn't have the game disc yet he can't play.
