If your team has children that just pick vehicles that sit on one side of the map and shoot all the way across it the whole time, you're going to lose, guaranteed. Please implement some sort of vote restriction system where you can prevent certain players from claiming vehicles...
@NazT55it think it can forcibly the original pilot to back to pilot seat, when he play the gunner temporarily while someone get into his vehicle. so it solve all the issue . just like a AI vehicle, u jump into it and u will be the driver, and they are passenger. so the mechanics already in the game, so i don't think it is hard to cure this.

I don't know why people reward and defend crap players. Give us a way to move them out. Use all that expensive analytics and prevent players from doing it. Whatever.
First come first serve on vehicles. They bought the game too, you don't get to dictate how they play. Don't like it? Get faster at picking vehicles

Thats what you don't understand. They are not problem people. They are playing the game in a manner they want to play it.
