Pre-Ordering with EA Play Pro
Do we have to pre-order the standard edition in order to get the benefits described for EA Play Pro members?

Community ManagerIf you pre-order the Ultimate Edition or Gold Edition of the game you would still get early access starting on the 15th of October. If you pre-order the Standard Edition you would not get the early access since that is not included with that version of the game.

Yep, the Gold Edition also gets early access starting on the 15th. I updated my earlier post to include that. Thanks for mentioning it!

If I get all the perks of ultimate version of battlefield 2042 including preorder bonuses via EA play pro and my ea play pro subscription ended say 3 months after and decided to buy the standard version of the battlefield 2042 instead and not renew my ea play subscription, do I still have DLCs, battle passes, and other perks I got from the ultimate version 3 months ago?

If you let your EA Play Pro subscription expire, you will lose the perks and bonuses associated with the Ultimate Edition of Battlefield 2042, unless you buy a stand-alone copy of Ultimate Edition as well.
