Progression not working properly for weapons and vehicles (Solo/Coop AI)

@UP_Hawxxeye I doubt they'd ban people for playing the game how its meant to be played, If they wont even ban people who used the XP Servers originally I doubt they'd ban someone for playing a game and that mode/match so happens to have had a issue where it was unrestricted, thats their problem not the user who played it
