Alright, so it looks like the update #3 patchnotes, YET AGAIN, don't mention anything about Portal progression, or T1 mastery progression in Solo/Coop modes. Oddly enough, they have a section specifically for progression and unlocks, but again, no mention XD
Let's hope they might fix it secretly like they did before...
Yeah, they didn't say much about it before and (like you said) they made a change. .....and then the Tweet from Ripple Effect last week stating that they are "Working on it".
Maybe progression will come back before the weekend. Check this Tweet out:

Problem with that quote is that he only addresses "a boost in XP". Although I think he was because the other Tweet he responded to used "XP" in what seems to be a question about progression overall.
gentlemans, uve just try one quick game after todays patch and EVERYTHING WORK IN SOLO/COOP for me !!!! i was stuck at 503 kills with SVK just try to kill some bots and nonw im on 524 !!!! ribonns should work to ! looks like everything work like first day ( i hope )

So, just tried out the new update, and to no surprise, Portal progression is STILL not working! Played on Kaleidoscope Conquest Large, spawned in with the WildCat, and got a couple infantry kills, and they didn't count towards the Anti-Tank Missile at all.
Also, funny little thing to quickly mention, I got out of the vehicle to cap a flag real quick, and i couldn't look left or right at all, only up and down. So, after dying, I respawned as infantry again, and looking left to right with the mouse was still broken...
FFS man, I'm getting really peeved now. They just can't seem to get things right, It's pathetic. I'm really trying to like this game, but it's just becoming increasingly difficult at this point...
What's everyone else's experience like?
.....but there was nothing mentioned about progression being changed or restored in the patch notes of this update.
More than likely, this will be an change made on their end like the last and we'll find out about it at the eleventh hour. A rep for Ripple Effect "hopes" something comes before the weekend but nothing firm.
As for what changes will come, we don't know that yet.

You'd think that they would fix it in this update, considering it's a big one, and put it in their patch notes.
But no, That'd be too normal...
In solo/co-op everything is working again, M1A5 tank was stuck at mastery 12, now in one match i'm up to mastery 18.

Now they need to add progression on portal, with bots also, cause I really want to play rush modes with bots!
So still nothing in Protal while everything in solo/coop. Guess i am done with the game. I have 0 interest farming bots in solo, bought the game for Mp experience.
So, are we won ? Solo/Coop progression is back fully ? I can now rebuy the game again ?
Bad news everybody, while you can unlock everything now in solo, there's a cap for how XP you can earn each day, mastery levels have stopped tracking after i hit the cap for the day.
