Restrict the repair tool to vehicles not moving
Helo's can repair way too fast with 2 people in the passenger side just constantly repairing..

If I remember correctly, your repair rate slowed the longer you held it down/it overheated; I don't think acceleration had any affect but I could be wrong.

maybe i'm just remembering it incorrectly. it's been a long time since i played helo repair monkey on BF4
