I mean in the end that system should make it standard for people to help each other out, and after they got use to it it wont be bad for the game or the players.
When The Finals releases it will have an area for ranked and league play. What this means is there will be a place in the game to go for people that want to use teamwork. A place in the game where this kind of play style is expected from all involved. That is what Battlefield has needed for some time now.
Helping your squad and teammates is how Battlefield is supposed to be played. Why would all of these support options be in the game if this were not the case. People from other games have come over here and turned every Battlefield game mode into team death match.
