Please fix your servers. Trying to make a quick edit to my mod and it is not saving the experience.

Is this a new thing? I tried using the rule editor for the first time today and had this issue. Then i see weeks old reddit posts about this issue...
Has it been like this for weeks now? Or does it come and go?Just started happening again yesterday. Hopefully due to code/server updates. Very discouraging for user, especially new users.
