Hey yall so something has to be done with the way specialists are being introduced. Dice actively looks here at the forum so lets get a good poll going to discuss the new system. Here is the question at hand: "Do we prefer the new Specialists system with no classes or do we prefer to do back to the old school class system that have specialist's in each class?"Type "1" for keeping the current system orType "2" for reverting to the old system but keeping the specialists as a class specific characterRemember we can change this, going back to the old system is not impossible. Dice, I believe will listen to us. Lets go yall!

@Spartan_Praetor I'm thinking it's too late for them to change the system. Having said that though I do prefer the older system. I never much cared for modern CoD's cash-grab of new skins each season and it's quite apparent EA/DICE is trying to capitalize on that trend.

@Spartan_Praetor Yah I don't like the specialists myself. Their "items" seem very underwhelming. Give me the option to carry two regular items and I'd be much happier. Like in the other games, let me carry a tank grenade and another anti armor weapon.

well the specialist can be in the game but i want a vanila class where i can choose my stuff myself. since bf3/bf4 i am always playing as pioner means rocket launcher and rep tool.

I like aspects of both, the class system set the loadout and a purpose - Eng. anti armor. Sniper/scout etc... What I do like about the specialists is the 1 tool specific to it and the ability to use any weapon. This came in handy in BF4 had when a map didn't have armor/air or was close quarters. So I would like to see this.
Not to be a old grump, but the 2 older characters really should be younger. Something like Price from COD.

I would much rather have the old class system. And both sides need to have different skins. It is rather confusing and stupid looking seeing everyone running around as grandma or grandpa shooting each other.

I hate hate hate this new specialist use any gadget and weapon system .. hate it !!
Why they did this, i do not know.. i just dont understand why they would destroy this game with this terrible unfun specialist system.. absolutely hate it.
Most of the fun in a battlefield game is the classes and working with and maximising their limitations and needed that team work with other classes.
Its just horrible how it is in the beta now.. just horrible..

Couldn’t care less for the specialist’s gadgets, I don’t think I’ve ever used them again in a match after the first time just to see what they did, found them really forgettable, sure they can be useful but when? 99% of the time they weren’t. The medic pistol syringe is one of the most useless, I miss the old medikits or medpacs from BF4

@Draxonfly I agree with you, player limitation is what this game lacks, you can change accessories on the run for example, complete * and unbalanced

2 PLEASE. I'd rather let DICE delay the game for another few months just to get rid of the specialist. Why ? Ignore the appearance because sure they will fix it but you dont know who is carrying what so you have to carry what you need for yourself then where is the teamplay. If DICE cant get rid of it then give us a default / no gadget specialist so atleast we can ban gadget specialists in BF Portal
In addition, please add more recoil to weapon and adjust the movement since everyone is running and shooting like COD now ( try Slide spamming + K30 lol )
