Dino Outbreak
Online Co-Op PvE mode with up to 2 squads (8 players).
Drop into an MP map with a mission/objectives to complete. Explore and reveal parts of the map through procedurally generated objective-based gameplay. Reports of strange activity in the area. Soldiers have gone missing, no reports of enemy activity but entire platoons have disappeared on patrol. We are being sent in to investigate and report (investigate this area, destroy enemy patrol, rescue friendly soldiers, recover pieces of equipment, etc)
Fighting against human-AI opponents. Waves of enemy soldiers with increasingly heavy weapons, enemy vehicles, etc. We begin to uncover clues including disfigured bodies, gruesome bloody scenes, talons and claw marks, lots of death.
After a certain time or after completing a certain objective, there is a warning of an IMMINENT BREAKOUT with radio chatter and in-game audio. Then vicious and hostile dinosaurs will appear and begin to hunt the players. Fast and agile Raptors that can jump and dive, screeching Pterodactyls flying overhead, massive Stegosaurs can ram tanks and damage them, the mighty T-Rex is faster than he seems and able to fling medium vehicles around with his tail.
It now becomes a race against time to complete remaining objectives and reach an exfil point all the while being hunted by dinosaurs and human enemy soldiers. The enemy humans and dinosaurs would also be in-fighting each other.
This would be playable as a single-player mode with AI squad-mates as well. It would be a good counter to the CoD Zombies mode and could include challenges and achievements to make up for the lack of a single-player campaign.
