T1 requirements for specialists and gear need to be rebalanced.

All weapons have a 1,200 kill requirement for T1. For all primary weapons, that's extremely fair. For secondaries, especially the M44? Yea, that's a little much. Take it down like 200 kills at least ...

And Irish: 3200 projectiles destroyed with Irish's APS-36 Shootdown Sentinel. RIDICULOUS!!! I gotta drop that thing down and then hope for projectile to go over it? Even in high combat areas like the capture points. I've been grinding Irish for a week trying to get to T1 and barely have 600 projectiles destroyed. Most of those are Bolte rockets or from the tunnel between D1 and D2 on Orbital.
