Tracer Dart can lock onto stealth helicopters even when in stealth mode

This is a really nice change.

Not only does it bring more balance to the game but it also incentivizes squad play.

Really nice Dice.

Maybe consider allowing the SOFLAM to do the same, within a reasonable distance.
