On foot, this can be tricky, but spamming the Weapon Swap with specific weapons can lead to a form of Dance-Move. Also, Jumping up and Down can in some crowds be classed as Dancing.
I mainly do it in the Air, with a Stunt Flip or Spin or Near-Miss. Sure, you could argue it's not Dancing, but it's close enough.

Have I made my character t-bag another character during my gaming years? Yea. But it hasn't been and isn't part of my 'normal' fighting routine.
C'mon, thicker skin....it's not like someone doing it to someone in RL. And like someone mentioned, they more than likely ate a bullet etc during or shortly afterwards.....so respawn and get back in the fight 🤘😎🤘
