Unable to host Persistent Portal Server, despite owning S5 Premium Battle Pass

I have a BattlePass, I want to open a portal server, but it must remain open all the time, how can ı host it through battlefield ?  CM edit: edited title for clarity.

    @Dispackt, you need to own the Premium Battle Pass for this. Do you own the Premium Battle Pass for Season 5?

    As per the above-linked article:

    Who can create Persistent Servers?
    Starting with Update 2.2, owners of the Premium Battle Pass can select a Persistent Server option when Hosting a Server.
