What I like.
- New weapons and weapons being brought over from Portal, more of each please.
What I dislike.
- Most weapons feel too easy to use, there is no need to burst/tap fire because if you can control recoil, you can just mash the trigger and still be fairly accurate out past even 100+ meters.
- In the name of "balancing" weapons, unfortunately they all begin to have a similar "feel" to them, with the exception of a few "meta" setups. I believe part of that is due to the weapon "plus" system allowing nearly every AOW weapon to be a jack-of-all-trades. weapon. I went into a more detailed explanation of this in the post below.
For all those "lack of weapons" complaints... - Answer HQ
What I would like to see changed.
- Add some sort of penalty when using full-auto weapons, add spread or incrementally stronger recoil when "spraying and praying."
- Somehow make each weapon more "unique" with positives and negatives.
- More "futuristic" style weapons like some stuff from BF2142, maybe?
- Possibly look at reevaluating the weapon plus system.
