NO. I'm happy they nerfed the bolt and the chopper. Although I was having fun using them killing foes I was much more often on the receiving end. It's not exactly the power of the canon that was the problem but the fact that the bolt is too fast, too powerful and shoots at a too long range. When you're trying to flank people on the Oiling Rig in Breakaway and you get killed by a bolt at the "D" flag, it's kinda unfair.
