Well, Battlefield Bulletin posted it on Twitter a little while ago like it was now official, so I don't know to be honest.
Still sucks either way.

Though lets please give all the love to BF4 as it truly deserves (and also got over the years by the very committed EA/DICE Dev team!) and have the graphics for this beauty of a game also show with its true number of total different maps. Namely 32 different maps! And here we still count Zavod 311 and Zavod Graveyard Shift just as one map. :o)
So what might have slipped from the person making this graphic could be the maps Dragon Valley and Operation Outbreak. Two great maps made in co-development with all the players around the world and added by DICE to the BF4 core bundle of maps, free for everybody with BF4 to play. On top came also the epic Zavod Graveyard Shift, but that was based on the same Zavod map. Each of the 5 game extensions contained 4 maps each and the core BF4 game contained 10 maps at launch.
