What will you do about those ridiculous overpowered stealth helo's?

Was just on the map Kaleidoscope with a dude in a stealth helo. Within a few minutes he was on 50 kills and there was NOTHING to do about it. This way playing this game sucks big time, dont put such ...

They cannot balance air power.
The stealth heli in particular is over powered in every way.
Canons, flares, stealth and incredibly fast.

Seeing 60-90 plus kills every map with few or zero deaths.
